No Investment or Securities OfferingNothing in this document constitutes, or shall be construed as constituting, an offering of securities or a solicitation for investment. We make no representationthat the Token is compliant with, or exempt from, securities laws in any jurisdiction. Regulatory authorities may ultimately characterise the Token differently from our intent; if they do so, you may be unable to trade, transfer, or use the Token as anticipated.3. Eligibility and Jurisdictional RestrictionsAge Requirement— You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or interact with the Token.Prohibited Jurisdictions— Residents, citizens, or entities of jurisdictions in which crypto-asset sales are restricted, banned, or require prior registration (including, without limitation, the United States, Canada, mainland China, and any embargoed or sanctioned region) must notparticipate.KYC / AML— We reserve the right to conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) checks at any time and may refuse, reverse, or freeze Token transfers that breach applicable laws or our compliance policies.4. Token UtilityThe Token currently confers no intrinsic utilitybeyond experimental features such as community polls, access to prototype content, or digital recognition badges. These features may be amended, expanded, or discontinued at any time without notice.Holding the Token does not entitle youto free use of our paid products or services, nor guarantee preferential treatment or early access.We may, at our sole discretion, burn, replace, migrate, or otherwise modify the Token’s smart contract for technical, legal, or strategic reasons. We are under no obligation to compensate Token holders in such cases.5. Outages, hacks, or insolvency of such providers may impair Token functionality.TaxationToken transactions may create taxable events (income, capital gains, VAT). Tax treatment varies by jurisdiction; you are solely responsible for compliance.Project ExecutionRoadmaps, milestones, or partnerships are subject to change. Failure to deliver anticipated features will not entitle holders to refunds or compensation.6. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionGoverning Law— This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Arbitration— Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Token or this Disclaimer shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The language of the proceedings shall be English.Class Action Waiver— You may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.11.
